In order to provide a vintage look, reminescent of the classic tin or lead capsules, Battistella has combined years of experience with the research towards new materialstechnology.

The results are the Futura Plus heavy polilaminated aluminum capsules and the new Poly-Tin capsules.

Rotogravure Printing

Entire Background

Provides intensity and vibrant colors with gradient effects not obtainable with hot stamp printing. Allows for reproduction of any color. Ideal for larger runs. Also available with UV ink. Can be used in combination with hot stamp printing with embossing.

Rotogravure printing could be a single color background or with up to 4 more printing colors in addition to the background color
