ELEGANCE AND VERSATILITY

Heat shrink capsules in PVC or PET-G from Battistella Capsule are completely customizable and can be adapted to different openings, heights, types of printing and colors. Their adaptability makes them ideal for many types of bottles such as wine, liquor, beer, table oil and vinegar. PVC and PET-G heat shrink capsules can reach non-standard diameters and heights. Available with or without an aluminum or PVC/PET-G top disk. Heat shrinkable PVC and PET-G capsules can give a bottle a unique and easily recognizable design.

Rotogravure Printing

Entire Background

Provides intensity and vibrant colors with gradient effects not obtainable with hot stamp printing. Allows for reproduction of any color. Ideal for larger runs. Also available with UV ink. Can be used in combination with hot stamp printing with embossing.

Rotogravure printing could be a single color background or with up to 4 more printing colors in addition to the background color

Hot Stamp Printing

A system of transferring hot foil colors designs by heat and pressure. With this system, it's possible to have up to 2 printing colors. Gives a refined look to the capsule. Hot stamp can be applied over rotogravure ink printing.
